I am visiting my parents again for Christmas this year. To commemorate the event I created a chocolate dipped fruit tree. I've been wanting to do this ever since I saw the Charles Phoenix Astro-Weenie Tree. Walmart didn't seem to have any Styrofoam cones so I used a pineapple for the base instead. In this tree are strawberries, apples, pears, raspberries, pomegranetes, and of course, pineapple. To go along with my little treat I prepared some hot apple cider and some cream cheese crackers. This isn't going to be a new years eve thing, unfortunately. My dad said that it is too hard to eat, but he may just not like eating fruit.
