| Ugly Cake Top |
This red velvet cake has a white chocolate and pomegranate center. My inspiration for the cake side came from this month's cover of Bliss Victoria. I didn't like the top edge so I underwent the tremendous effort of using a second tip.
I would have loved keeping the cake at this stage, but how are people going to know what the cake is for unless there is writing on it?! The cake was completely ruined by my almost illegible handwriting. To save some face, I added some pretty pink centered roses and leftover pomegranate seeds, but alas, the cake has already been ruined. There will always be next new years.
