Multipitch climbing in Taquitz: Angels Fright (5.5)

Multipitch climbing in Taquitz: Angels Fright (5.5)

This trip to taquitz will be one of the most memorable trips of my life. I had never been to taquitz before and I didn't have very much experience trad leading as well, let along during a multipitch route. I was terrified. It is rare that I can push myself to the absolute extreme of what I am comfortable with, pushing to the point of failure. I was so scared thatI bailed in the middle of the route. It was embarrassing. I am so thankful for this experience. I got passed it. I climbed even though I was terrified. I was afraid of death and I lived. It was educational. I have been a much bolder climber since this trip and my strength has improved 3 fold. I am learning just how hard to push myself, and its a lot.
