Eat at Home Day 8


 I ran three excellent miles in the early morning after eating crockpot beans and a peanut butter rice cracker recovery. 

I also had my crockpot beans for lunch. Around two o clock I had a blood sugar crash and broke down and stole a powerbar from my co worker’s lunch. I was still feeling like crap and afterwards I left work early. We then made the worst decisions of all time and ate gluten free penne with Tillamook cheddar cheese. My stomach started to ache and my mood turned foul. I couldn’t sleep and started to grow more and more nervous about my 6 mile run in the morning the next day. Around 11pm I decided to run after work instead and managed to escape the night with 6 hours of sleep.

Eating at home definitely isn’t a panacea. We are going to have to learn to cook soon because I don’t think this is the most healthy thing after all.
