Do you think I should start a food blog?

I had stir fry for dinner. It wasn't as colorful as usual because we didn't have bell peppers. It's okay that dinner wasn't beautiful because I put a dehydrated lemon into my hot tea.

I thought about my blog today. I was wondering if I should make it more focused. I read a couple of articles about it. Some were about how I should have had a focus for my blog the day it was started, and some were about how I should just keep it loose and let the content grow up with me. Right now the blog serves as a scrapbook. I can put my photos on it, remember my life, and that's good enough if I want to be the only viewer ever.

I am not a great cook. I just like taking pictures of my food. I've had to learn some new recipes lately because Alex just won't eat if the food isn't tasty. This 100 day Eat-at-Home challenge has been tough for alex because the alternative to a bad mean isn't just going to soup plantation. Throwing that option out the window has let me have a lot of fun with it.

I would love to have a Martha Stewert-esque blog where I talk about my crafts, cooking, and projects, but I am concerned that too is not focused enough. And besides, I am not nearly at the level Martha was when she started educating people about the finer points of home making.

Would you read a food blog I made? I didn't think so.
