Eat-at-home Challenge day 63: Farmers Market Faire

I made this delicious gluten-free pasta last night. It blows Alex away. We didn't even feel compelled to smother in it sauce to cover the taste. I got the carrots and the pasta noodles at the Poway Farmers Market and the North County Mall farmers market respectively.

The Pasta just blew me away. It is gluten free and has a mushroom-y taste. It was the best pasta I ever had. Period. Its better than resturant pasta and better than any pasta I ever made myself. Too bad the bag was $7. Compared to the $2 quinoa store pasta that lasts for 4 meals, this is very expensive. On the other hand, it is ridiculous that I am squabbaling about a meal that costs less than $10 when I used to spend more than $30 for every meal eating out.

I might as well do a treat-yo-self and buy 4 or more of these a month.
