Maya Angelou once said
“You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.”
Something like that gave me the urge to mock up a new painting. I took a few pictures of some of the flowers I had hanging around, and this is what I came up with.

I used to hate the mockup portion of the painting process, but now, with my new skill and interest for photography, it has become more fun.
This is the same photo as above before edits, but I think the solid white background makes the leaves pop quite a bit
I tried the same van gogh effect with another image, but it wasn't as much of a slam dunk, I would say.
I think what ever I do, I want to paint over this project, which I am pretty tired of
