We decided to go on a hike today. 
We should really be trying to cocreate more adventures with our dog. I feel so nervous about climbing with her because she is so sweet and codependent that she likes to get just right under someone when they are trying to climb. I have stopped trying to bring her because I worry that she will get accidentally kicked in the head too many times.
I was a bit worried that Buffy couldn't do the Potato Chip Hike. She is rather small and I've seen lots of small dogs get carried down before. She was such a trooper. She was all cuddles and naps when we got home, too. I am looking forward to our next trip out all together.
