Phantom Crack in Mount Woodsen

I was feeling sort of woozy after the alcohol fest in temecula on saturday afternoon. I decided to do Mount Woodsen Summit area hike anyway because I did not want to miss my chance to climb the elusive phantom crack.

I call Phantom Crack elusive because there are multiple listings for it on mountain project.

I really enjoyed this climb and wish I lead it. I think I am going to have start really considering getting my own lead rack to work on routes like this.

Then we went over to the crucible while were at the summit area anyway.

Overall it was a long day. The summit area kills, especially when I couldn't really say that I am in hiking shape lately. We did phantom crack, crucible while we were in the area, and silk banana because thats what Long likes to do. I think I need to start getting a lead rack because that will make it possible for me to get out there and start doing it myself.
