The best part about this trip to Joshua tree is that we planned it totally last minute. Thursday night rolled around and I realized I had NO plans for saturday morning and maybe a gap in the week to go climbing. A got two more crazy kids on board and we loaded up our vehicle for 24 amazing hours in Joshua Tree. It turned out to be stuff dreams are made of. I had the time of my life. It made me feel an optimism that I am having a hard time articulating. It was one of those trips that made me realize that the whole world is open, and new adventures are coming.
We climbed in the Ryan Campground, notably
