The Clean Room

Something about the clean room makes me very nervous. I've probably done the gowning procedure 10-12 times by now, but everytime I go through the motions I fell like I am doing something wrong. There is a great strain on me to remember every single little item, things I know that other people just don't forget. I must remember to store the hood inside out, to take off the second pair of gloves as soon as I re-enter the dressing area, to not put my gloved feet down on a certain corner of the room. There must be a certain brand of anxiety made especially for this.

It doesn't help that there is a deafening alarm everytime I forget to swipe my exit. This makes me hesitate exiting any room, for fear the alarm will make it public my forgetfulness.
