Today I got training on this Critical Point Dryer (CPD). We use it to allow our microrockets to be exposed to an aqueous environment from the organic environment that we used to dissolve the photoresist. This training will also be useful when I learn how to use the SEM (someday!). The process works by using Sublimation effects.
