My first surfing lesson ever

I did the Surf Diva Party Wave for my first surf ever surf lesson today.  I only got up once and promptly fell down, but I had an amazing time and it was a fantastic exciting experience. 

Our instructor was a little stressed that everyone was a beginner. I was a little stressed that I ran 7 miles before the lesson and I was a little lazy.

It was raining when we left our house. We were really nervous about this. We figured if the instructor was comfortable with it, we were too. 

The weather was nice when we got to the beach. The shop front is quite lovely. 

 No parking!

We dont have any photos of us surfing! we were worried about sand and someone stealing our DSLR 

 

After the lesson we were happy and lightly exfoliated. 

It was so beautiful today!
