My long time friend Liz Corbin and I got together this weekend for laughs and some portfolio building. She is really, really so sweet for letting me do this. At this point in my photography career I spend an awkwardly long time adjusting lights and wondering why my strobes don't go off.

I switched between the beauty shot recommended kit telephoto (50-200mm) and the beauty shot frowned upon 10mm fisheye. I actually think the fisheye photos came out amazing. Those photos really captured the beautiful outdoor scenery.
My lighting setup consisted of a single strobe (SB-900) with a lumodi beauty dish on an aluminum tripod. I have been triggering my flash using the on camera flash but you can tell in a few of these photos that this is not ideal. The on camera flash keeps leaking around the business card I used. It was often either that or keeping the flash from going off.
