Daily mile sent me an interesting email. It is just so considerate of them to send me my progress from last year when I was pondering what my new years resolution was going to be.
It doesn't look like I did a lot of running in January or February, but I can assure you I did. I didn't start my daily mile account until February.
What I find funny was that I only logged 27 miles in June. I suppose I didn't want to do much else after the marathon. Besides my intense March, the training for the San Francisco Womens half looks just as intense as the full marathon training.
