Today we went to my favorite antique store in the whole entire world. It is about 20 miles out of Sedalia in a tiny town called Lincoln.
I saw this awesome sign for Mozarkite.
I pondered heavily what mozarkite could be. It must be something from the missouri ozarks. Then I saw this.
That solved the mystery really quick.
I've never seen a chair like this before.
I had my sights on this pearl necklace, but ultimately decided I would never wear it.
This Pillsbury doughboy looks like someone made it themselves.
I thought this horseshoe sign was awesome and hilarious. It was deceptively heavy, probably weighing 25 pounds or so. I found it non ideal for airplane travel should I have purchased it.

This is where you get your heavy rusty tools.
I thought this notebook holder was SO awesome. I am a huge Gone with the Wind and pancake syrup fan. The casual racism is borderline endearing. I didn't quite understand how the notebook affixes to the holder, and was a little concerned about whether I could pull off this level of sarcasm.
These paper dolls were so adorable. I love how they were a shameless cross marketing item for vogue sewing patterns. I could never buy something like that unless I was a straight collector and lived in a massive house.
Here is the item that I will always wonder whether or not I made the right decision not to buy. This is an authentic Sharon Rose butter dish lid in green. It is the exact pattern I collect. It is only 10 dollars. Its just... It doesn't have the cheese/butter plate that goes underneath it. Also, I do not yet have any depression glass in green. I have been collecting primarily pink and yellow. Its a shame, and ultimately, I decided it didn't flow with my collection. I am kicking myself even now.
I'm not sure if I made the right decision on that.
