French Tulips and Chamomile

 I had an idea to make a beautiful arrangement. I am trying to improve my flower arranging skills and I wanted to try mixing flower types to create texture. The two flower bunches I bought were french tulips and chamomile.

The challenges associated with the french tulips are the large floppy heads and the long stems. When I tried to fuss them into pleasing positions, the stems broke. I snapped two french tulips on accident.

I had to cut the french tulips short so my guide can help keep them erect, but it lead to a big vase and a little arrangement.

However, color combination is pleasing. At least I am able to challenge myself, and my hands smell great now.
